The toilets in both years are identical. The water line is slightly different but the discharge plumbing appears to have been the same. The plumbing below the floor was gone on the 54. In the 55 it goes through the floor then back toward the wheel. There is a 90º elbow next to the wheel that heads toward the other side. My guess is that the final outlet was on the curb side.
